Hi all,
Recently joined after I found the answer to a question on an old forum thread via Google. Just obviously a good hub of people and shared knowledge.
I've been into hiking and camping from growing up. In recent years I became more aware of the term "Bushcraft" and understanding/interacting more with nature, rather than passing through with ultralight kit.
I've been fortunate to attend a couple of courses with Paul Kirtley, Frontier Bushcraft. I'm planning to do the online Tree & Plant ID class next year.
Still have masses to learn, continuing UK trips as well as to more remote boreal forest in future, hopefully.
