Hey to everybody from Santaman in Florida, USA. Discovered this forum accidentally while searching for sources for military rations and surplus gear. Great forum & I hope to learn much here. I was stationed in RAF Fairford for 4 years and loved it. I Grew up in rural Mississippi and was a Boy Scout as a teen (as I would guess most members were). I have camped, hunted, fished, hiked, canoed or some combination of thereof in Mississippi, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Colorado, Tennessee, New Mexico and Arizona. Also did the requisite field deployments while in the Air Force and like a lot of the commenters here, I too miss rations.
