Just registered on the site to get some information about the bushcraft scene in the UK and hopefully get some new skills and meet like minded people.
I currently reside in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Always been a massive fan of the outdoors and nature. Originally I come from South Africa and have been here in the UK for 6 years now. First thing I noticed is there are a lot more rules and regulations here in the UK and as such I find it difficult to actually find places to go where fires are allowed etc. So hopefully I can find a few more places relatively local to me that I can explore.
