Hello everyone!
A small introduction: I am from Grave, a small city in The Netherlands. A few years ago I was introduced into hedgelaying and I was (bill)hooked immedately! Now I am part of a small team of volunteers helping in the management of some of the many hedges in our region.
And with hedgelaying naturally come edged tools. And that's where my interest in BushcraftUK was soon laid, by trying to find good tips upon sharpening, rust removal, fitting new handles to axes... The more I read about old edge tools the more I find that these tools are worth more than rusting away in sheds, and they should be restored and - most importantly - used! I hope I can learn some more soon!
Kind regards,
Peter
