Currently living in Mallorca .
I have an interest in knives & sharpening them currently I use two different methods for sharpening I started using an Edge Pro Pro which I pimped repaving the stone arm holder with a rod end bearing.
Recently I decided it was time to learn to sharpen using bench stones I use Shapton, Chosera, Bamboo, Ume, Atoma and DMT.
I have a sideline sharpening for both yachts & local restaurants.
In the colder months Mallorca has quite a lot of open highland which is good for walking , hiking & climbing although the rock is limestone so it can be a little treacherous .
