My name is Judith, I'm based in the Midlands, I've joined to connect and learn more about how others find and lease land - woodlands with access to a body of water or an accessible waterway

I Live in the outdoors and coach a variety of adventurous activities, the land I'm looking for would need permissions for commercial use

Is there anyone on here that could offer their own experience with finding THE piece of land, be it by lease or purchase through funding, my own experience with private landowners has been expensive and stressful

Sadly, I can't offer you any advice, I suspect you are looking for something comparable to the Holy Grail. My own woodland purchase was down to luck and even then it doesn't have access to a waterway
