Heinz Pasta Pouches

I got a few of these for the car boot, really tasty and easy to cook/heat. They are wet so heavier than dehydrated pastas.

They are a pound each in Poundland.

And there in my boot, for winter, so can be scoffed without cooking or water if needed. They are not a full main meal but very tasty.

A a veggy, lots of choice for me too.

I have them too. You need TWO just at least for a light lunch but very nice.

Can these be cooked in the bag? Do you have to empty the food into a pan, i have been looking for some boil in the bag food recently & these would be ideal.

It's not designed as a boil in the bag, but I see no reason why it couldn't be.

Can't be any worse than choking on a campfire of Yew wood can it?

Spotted these a couple of weeks ago. I definitely recommend the bolognese variety - especially on sale at 59p in b&m.

A Heinz Pasta Pouch mixed with a can of tuna is a great meal.

These are designed to be emptied in to a pan and warmed up. But the shape of the pouch means you can cut the top off and stand three or four up together in a pan of water on their flat bases.
