Looks like a neat bivi bag and tarp replacement.

They're going for £25 including delivery on eBay so I took a punt on one.

Yeah, but if you look at the straps on it I figure there's some savings to be made. Also it's a 2 man dual skin with a window, perfect for an overnighter for my boys.

Great heads up I really like that no need for one but going to order tomorrow just cant decide 1 or 2 man? had a google and the reviews are good and I like the window idea. the 2 man looks big maybe to big for just me mm decisions

2 man will give you somewhere dry to stow your rucksack.

We've already established that this is a bivvy not a tent - no poles.

Mine arrived this morning - great service even telling me the hour it would arrive at (all with free delivery).

Looks like a solid piece of kit. Heavy with dual skin but as I suspected you can pitch it without the inner to save weight.
