Just a quick heads up for those that may be interested - I've had an email to advise that Ronnie Sunshine's have fish smokers back in stock. Honestly can't justify one, but thought some might be tempted? No connection to seller etc...

do you put the tin ontop of said tea light or put it inside?! i am massively tempted now?!

Remember that this is a hot smoker - fine if you want to smoke and cook food for flavour, but it is not for cold smoking (i.e. long term preservation).

Having said that, I got a hot smoker (not this model) for a birthday present last year, and it does produce very tasty food.
