Heads up! (Asda hand warmers)

Was just in my local Asda and in the car care section i noticed they were selling single use hand warmers at 60p each or 2 for £1 so i got 4 lots. In each pack you get 2 hand warmers. Thought 4 for £1 was not bad? No idea how good they are tho and they look smaller than others. They say they last up to 8 hours - no idea how true this is! I have reusable ones from highlander and they only last 30 mins at a good temp if you are lucky.

A pal uses them up in Scotland in winter and usually dishes a few out. They go nicely in boots under your foot, or chucked down the bottom of the sleeping bag too.

The ones I've tried have lasted maybe an hour tops

aye i used tae take them out in the highlands for anybody with cold hands. they go hot for half hour then luke warm for several hours. they are still incredibly handy for in gloves and boots as shewie said
