Haw Ketchup works as a recipe. I am never that taken by haw leather. The ketchup is done by pluping the soft haws though a collandar to rwmove the pips and mixing enough vinegar and sugar to get the taste right. It doesnt even need to be cooked, if the haws are soft. It needs tokkept in the fridge or potted at heat properly though.
