Hello folks,

I cut a load of Hawthorn the other week (all in the name of conservation of course) & saved a section of trunk from the bonfire.

I figured it would be just fat enough to make some cups/Kuksas with.

I was inspired to make more after finishing my first one made from Cherry...

Really nice work, bet its been tough work carving that Hawthorn. nice knives you have there.

The Hawthorn i nice & green so alot easier than the Cherry I used witch was part seasoned when I got it. Still takes a fair amount of time though I am learning to get faster.

Wow, very nice. I like the way you laid out he pattern, great economical use of wood there. Can I ask, where did you get your spoon knives from they look lovely :D

That\s nice and now yours will be inspiring others.:) I was originally inspired by Wille Sindqvist it's nice to pass it on and see other folk doing lovely things with it.
