Has anyone ever made a copper candle?

I just came across this video on youtube, where the chap is making a 'candle' out of copper tubing and a glass Jar.

I'm kinda interested in having a go as they seem to kick out a lot of heat. Look good for emergency situations such as power cuts etc.

Anyone ever made one or heard of them before?

It's not exactly a short video, but i found it worth the watch.

I would be careful with glass jars of fuel if you're in a real emergency as it looks like it could break and set fire to things.

Agreed, but i'm guessing you dont need a glass jar. He's just showing a cheapo way he uses in his greenhouse. Could make one yourself from anything if its based on the same principles.
