Is there anyone that can or know someone that can make a Hardened file guide for me with hardened steel maybe D2 or similar

if you can make a knife then you can make a filing guide 
Get two bits of O1 (say 1/2"x1"x3") and drill a 1/4" hole in either end. Get them heat treated and bolt them together. That is how I made the set I made 8 years ago with only a file and a drill.
