Handle placement?

Trying to decide on the placement for this wood on the knife I'm making for my wife. Of course, she doesn't want to tell me what she thinks with any of it before hand so no pressure! I'm sure she'll tell me if it's not right soon enough afterwards.....

Using a stencil of the handle is handy, being able to move it round. I think I want to make a feature of the blue streak but where will it look best? I think I know which I like but would be interested in other opinions!

I like the streak on the first picture, low front. All look good though. Beautiful wood!
Do you plan to make a cut out on the wood so the blade makers sign is visible?

Imo the top pic flows better with the lines of the knife. As its been said though very much subjective. Either way it'll make a nice feature in the scale

Make a simple one, a prototype from simple wood which is easily shaped.
Here in the Pacific Northwest, we use what is called the "Kestrel Constant",
named for the blade smiths (Gregg & Charlie) who developed the handle size concept.

Palm up in a fist grip, the tips of your second and third fingers should just touch the fat ball
part of your thumb.

Not a PacNW adze so you need not know anything of the Holm Constant.

Carving all day long, these things tend to ease the strain on hands.

Youre drifting off. This is about picking from four choices on how to orientate a particular pair of scales on a particular knife blade. No prototyping required as it would achieve nothing.

I think first one would continue the colour scheme of the shiny edge running through the handle. Or the last to mirror the edge and the hump in top of blade
