I have two Birch Kuksa's / Tipple cups i carved up for grabs, these were carved with having a tipple around the camp fire in mind, rather than drinking half a litre of coffee from
, neither cup has been used.
First one i call the Whale Tail, it has the remnants of the inner bark on the underside which i left as i like the colour variation, it has no effect on the useability of the cup, Two Pence piece shown for scale
Second one is the long handle, again it has some inner bark left on the exterior, it also features a natural flaw on one side that you can see in the pictures, to me it looks like an eye that used to be painted on Greek Ships, think Jason & the argonauts era
