I just caught the tail end. Not keen on the wall fish idea!
I'd train one of my dogs as a truffle hunter if I liked the smell or taste of them - we got some summer truffles last year and they smelt worse than my old socks.
Was there a section on ferreting? I'd watch it on iPlayer but my data allowance is meagre.
