nope, its quite a good find; steel, with copper bottoms, no makers name though.

Im going to polish up the copper on the frying pan so it looks like the rest.

its ever so compact and light

Whoah....I used to have the very same pots! I loved them because of the thin steel and copper bottoms. But Tengu, be careful with the handles on the lids as they're not very high and you'll find it easy to burn your fingers taking them off. I think that's the reason I don't use them anymore. But they were my very first outdoor pot and pan set so they hold some good sentimental value.

Cheers,

Adam

Nah its right mate - oxtail is better though. Smear it on and leave for a couple of days and wipe off - something to do with acidity I guess

With the gnu!
I have, and still use those same pans, did they come with 2 small plastic cups as well ?

I've never had a problem with the handles, the plastic, though a bit scorched now, seems to do the job for me.

Aye I've got the slightly larger 4 person version. I believe mine is Tiso branded but I think Blacks, Millets etc also do the same pans.
