Made my little girl some Gypsy flowers the other day from some split Willow.
my little girl wanted a go at splitting, which was funny as she could only just hold the mallet, she did her best though.
I also fitted a new handle to my Whitehouse axe, the old handle became loose, shame really as it had a nice patina.
hopefully the new handle will take on its own patina over the years to come
its handled with Hickory, with an Oak wedge, its a bought handle and for what it cost its not too bad at all
