I'm Dave from Oz. I have had a look at the site from time to time, and have finally decided to join. I've been into bushcraft in Oz since I was 8, and am still an active camper, bowhunter and general Redneck despite reaching my early 40's. I was fortunate enough to be one of the inaugural Woodsmoke team's Borneo trek in April under the guidance of Ben McNutt, Steve Hanton and Stuart Goring - and had an absolutely fantastic expedition. I plan on heading to the UK in 2013 and 2014 for a break from the outback and to visit some ancestral turf and attend a few UK bushcraft courses.
