Great service from kit supplier

Recently bought some kit from Lakeland Bushcraft which was delivered on Wednesday and found one item that had a fault, it leaked. Emailed next day and today had a replacement delivered with a note apologising for the faulty product.
What's so great about that I hear you ask, well, some companies I have dealt with have tried their best to squirm out of doing what is right when at fault or supplied faulty gear. Lakeland Bushcraft acted straight away and that has really impressed me.
What is even better is that I only heard about them on here, being recommended to someone as being helpful.
So two YOU ROCK's to BCUK and LBTL.... ( where do you guys get the icons for this?)

If he did that he`d never take off again, he`s already picking up a pallet load for me

Haven't used them yet, sure I will sooner or later as they certainly have a very good reputation.
