Bought this for an office / work pack, when I found laptop bags buggered my back.
The elasticated slip pocket inside the ruck is a good size to keep a4 papers flat, and the packs three pockets give a good amount of organisation for stationary, chargers, flashlights, blades etc. Takes a laptop nicely and is very low profile, so no trouble on the tube / accidentally demolishing shelves in stores. Also has a discrete hydration port loop so you can run the pack in the outdoor role.
Whilst it's a smaller ruck I'm 6'2, 42" chest and found it very comfortable when fully loaded.
