I have no idea what it would taste like but I like the pics.

Thank You. The Panna Cotta picks up a slight Floral Coconut type taste to it from the Gorse. The Sauce was made with Gorse leaves and a Lime and Orange so it has a punchier sharper tang taste to it.

Rather than reply to all your threads, much respect for not only your time and effort gathering and preparing, but also posting it all here. The second pic is worthy of a book or kitchen poster, stunning. :)

Must be a May pic? Primmies and Cherry blossoms. It’s very pretty. You ought to mark your pictures with your name or logo to make it easier to claim a copyright issue if they’re reproduced anywhere. Someone nicking them for a bushcraft blog might be ok, but if you saw them as laminated place mats in a supermarket it could niggle a bit. By the time it’s all proved, they’ll have had their cash out of your photograph, and you’ll have a stress headache and be on the Judas Ear liquor. :D

Firstly apologies - I didnt think by tagging Moocher in on these it would bump them.

May sounds about right - Thank you , Flowers and Food as a combination always seems to be far more than the sum of its parts.
