I have had my tarp hat for 2 years now and have used it pretty extensively.
It developed an issue; the grommets in the vent holes had started to rust away and stain the hat with my head sweat. The original model had a silvery metal grommets.
I emailed the company and asked if they sold the brass grommets that go into the current versions.
To my suprise a lady named Ana emailed me back and offered to replace the grommets and waterproof the hat, free of charge for me.
I recieved the hat back yesterday and I am very happy with the revamped hat.
