Good looking mead site (i think)

Bushcrafter (boy, I've got a lot to say!)
Looks like a really interesting site, there is alot of info. I want to find out more about the rainwater and hot rocks method. I know water hardness makes a big differance to the brew, as I used to drink strangeways boddingtons but I cant stand the new stuff that taste like a cheap london tap beer. I love mead, some of the stuff Mr X brews have been unbelievable.

It went down hill when boddys was sold off to a certain multinational company. The same thing happened with stella and a few other craft beers. nevermind there are lots of local independant brewers around . I try and help them out .

JW Lees- oldham very good ale.
J Holts- takes some getting used to but a good beer when you have the taste
Phoenix brewery- My personal fave try and find a session beer called wigwam Its called something else outside of heywood where its brewed and i dont know what it is.All of their beers are good.
boggart hole clough-good everything
pictish brewing company- good ales
Lord raglan (micro pub brewery)-good porter
To name a few There are others around and when i find them i try and support them :) .
I am not associated with any of the above brewerys, i wish i was. :lmao:
