I have one of these in medium too.. they come up quite big, I usually take a large, so I'd say that if you are normally large this would fit...
Excellent jackets .... with the added liner very warm too.

Yes they are usualy quite big but this one is pretty close to a medium, they certainly are good jackets

I't will be fine chap there sized for a medium person to wear armour underneath so are quite big, I normaly wear a 40" and this is loose on me
