Yeah you're lucky to get a pic!
I've had one in the gardens of most of my houses(lucky i know) it eventually happens if you feed small wild birds, but never got a pic.
last one i saw i tried to take a video to show my kids:
I crept up to the window, stood very still, yI could see it, partially hidden by a branch, but it was only about 10 ft away, anyway I turned on the camera, pressed record on the camera got a good few minutes of video
, after a while it flew towards me away and i pressed the "stop" button on the camera.....:aargh4:....oh "****" I pressed the "off" button and turned the camera off by mistake!
no video or pics at all

one thing i learned somewhere if you find evidence of an eaten bird i.e. feathers everywhere you can tell whats eaten it:
if the feathers are whole i.e. plucked, a bird or prey has eaten it.
if the fethers are in bits or in half a fox cat or dog has eaten it.
