Game bird preparation day

Im organising a day with a butcher who is going to teach a few of us how to clean & dress pheasants etc.
I originally offered it up the the Kent Meet guys and i have one spare space.
It should be an interesting session - we'll be camping in some woods near Pratts Bottom in Kent.
