I bought this last week from Squidders (see here) with the hope of using it as a camera case, but it's not quite going to do what I want, and it's much too nice to leave it on the shelf so back up for sale.
This is a Frost River shell kit, described on their website here. It's a lovely item, in wax canvas, canvas and leather, with brass fittings and a shoulder strap. Holds 6 boxes of 12b shells, or whatever bushcrafty stuff you fancy putting in it.
