Can I remind people that there are many small children, for whom a full size sleeping bag is too big, so children's sleeping bags are wanted too. .
Head torches and spare batteries and power banks are also very usefull.

Full size bags can be tied off at the middle with a rope, belt etc to better suit a child.

The Ukrainian group I am working with are specifically asking for children's sleeping bags, designed for children. Putting a small 18 month old in an adult bag, however managed to make them smaller is risky as they are small and can easily suffocate in the adult sized bags.

I believe from what my Polish friends tell me is that the Polish churches are organising donations.
Totally agree re children’s sleeping bags.
