We went last Saturday and it was brilliant. Our guide was a German? Lady. Very informative. Everything was shown to us and demonstrated. They couldn’t be more helpful. They are a charity and have just gotten museum status. Entry is £10 per adult and the ticket lasts a year, so you can go as many times as you like. Perhaps if someone takes the free tickets they could consider a donation to the Crannog whilst there as they rely on volunteers and aren’t super flush with money.

I’m not associated with them in any way, just enjoyed my visit.

the Crannog is a magic place, just over the hill from me. I do a lot of work there so get free entry, but surprised these haven't been snapped up. Well worth a visit, and then some!

I'll have to bookmark that. We've booked a cabin by loch Awe for a week next spring and its close enough for a day trip. Better yet, I can take the hound with us!
