Heh :) I just tripped over a fascinating PDF which I wanted to share and
it's almost identical to your page.

Mine seems to be the dissertation of an American who's been interviewing
people in Scotland to find out about what they collect from their woods and
how they use these NTFPs (non-timber forest products).

Wild harvests from Scottish Woodlands
Social, cultural and economic values of contemporary
non-timber forest products

[Edit - just found the Research page on your page from which many more
interesting files can be downloaded including the one I already found - it's
at: http://www.forestresearch.gov.uk/website/forestresearch.nsf/ByUnique/INFD-5WBLHH]

I have been enjoying reading the PDF mentioned below so much I thought I would bump
this thread up a bit. Moonraker also posted about this PDF a few months earlier in
another thread: http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14592
and highlights a couple of useful features in the PDF, namely the functional and livelihood
uses of a variety of harvestable plants with their botanical and common names (starts on
p41 of 52) and a collection calendar for southern Scotland and for the Northeast Highlands
(pages 45 and 46 of 52).

The PDF is: http://www.forestry.gov.uk/PDF/fcrp008.pdf/$FILE/fcrp008.pdf

While searching for this thread to bump I came across another nice post from Moonraker:
