Foraging book recommendation please

Hi Guys & Gals!

It's the brother-in-laws birthday in a few weeks and he's been showing a keen desire to start foraging so I would like to get him a book.

Which one though?

I had thought of the 'Hedgerow' book in the River Cottage series as I have heard good things about the other books and I thought it might be a suitable level but I see it's not out yet.

I have Food for Free but while it's a good tome, I don't think it would be the best choice as I think it's too intense.

Wild food by Roger Phillips is a good 'un. Not the best as a field guide but really nice book to learn from and flick through
