Some really nice photos in there man. Ive got an old austrian goosewing, which would cost about £545 if bought new today.
When I get around to it, Im gonna restore it to its former glory. Using a drainpipe and a wallpaper remover to steam the white ash I bought as a handle.
I wonder why so many of them had the symbol of the tree of life stamped on them? How far back must that go? To our Celtic forefathers?
