I love my canoeing but I've got a hankering to get back to sea fishing and some quiet coastal paddling & I want a boat that is designed to handle the sea. I can't get in or out of a sea kayak easily or safely so a sit on top it will have to be, as apparently any idiot can paddle/fall off/get wet, on a sit on top
Anyway, It's as the title say's; 15 foot, in Royalex Lite, a brilliant boat, with a heck of a pedigree and most importantly, very easily handled off the water due to its 60lbs or 27kgs in weight (the real reason I bought it)
It's a 2009 model but it's only done 6 outings in that time, no white water or even rocky rivers and the Royalex has certainly had time to "ripen" and harden up a bit, unlike a new boat which would tend to bruise horribly easily.
Comes complete with Aguile solid flotation blocks fitted, with "d" rings on the floor and lacing to hold everything in place.
She really is in very good condition, with only a few light scratches and the odd royalex "bruise", with a couple of applications of 303 aerospace protectant into the bargain.
I've fitted a pair of home made end cap protectors which simply stop you scratching the end caps when picking up/putting down the boat but they are only tied on with paracord, so you can easily remove them if you wish.
I'm asking £875 for her as above( best price I could find was £1214 as against £1350 list price)
Or if you are looking for a "package" I'll include a couple of TNP paddles and a pair of basic BA's for £925
I'm not open to offers, I know the boat, in this condition and fitted with the blocks ( £70 each) is worth this amount and I'd rather just keep it than sell it cheaper
feel free to ask questions
cheers
Steve
(It's also up for sale elsewhere so first come first served)
