It can you dehydrate fruit, vegetables, herbs, fish and meat and you can also dry fruit/vegetable pulp to produce chewy rolls

ive got exactly the same kind and would deffo recomend it , i make fruit leathers in mine from fruit puree in the bottom tray ! its also great making billtong ( right spelling ? )

Thanks, just ordered one, any marinade recipes appreciated, made jerky in the oven before but looking forward to this years mushrooming and abit of experimenting
