That's a cool video... I thought it was Harry Enfield initially.

It's really interesting to see not only how much has changed but how much has remained the same in ways of doing things.

Liked that a lot, cheers for posting. Is always fun reading through some of my vintage mountaineering books as to what was acceptable years ago. One always made me laugh was about provisions for Alpine climbing many moons ago where it talked about the ideal stuff being champagne and fruit cake. And I can't really fault them if I'm honest - if you're going to do it do it in style I say. Would love to sit up a lofty summit tucking into that lot with a lovely maniac like Brian Blessed. Can you imagine the tales you could regale your Grand-kids with?

Thought I was having a flash back, that film is so typical of my School 'expeditions', the 'back pack', stove, tents rations etc.
