Are you aware that there is a change in Law regarding shooting them? or that its been discussed - it all seem quite ambiguous.
Only mentioning so you are fully aware and don't get in trouble.

If it flies, it dies.
What a wonderful presentation and sides.
The combination of smells must be heavenly.

Well , Aviation is certainly dead on its a@@e currently so maybe you are correct - Although Swans still have special rights.

Your wild garlic pesto mash has piqued my interest.
I'm always looking for enhancements to jack up my own cookings.

Odd but we have no pigeons here at all. Further straight west in the city, yes but not here in the wilderness.
Plenty of duck species and Canada geese. Some tall Sandhill cranes. This valley is a migratory path of modest importance.
Three species of grouse and three species of ptarmigan, up top. Too far north, I guess, for wild turkeys and pheasants.

If you have the patience , I did Pesto Croquettes the other day.

They ARE delicious. Fiddly. But delicious.

TeeDee: some things are well worth the fiddle diddle to make. Deep fried mango dessert wontons for example.
I made falafel for myself for the first time last night. The batch was 6, I ate 4 with a sour cream sauce. Good.
The last 2 disappeared at breakfast today. Jeez but that dough is STICKY!

Along with my improving physical health since I was repaired,
my appetite has returned and with enough strength to work in the kitchen.
Nobody more surprised and pleased than me.

Reminds me = must pull out some meaty thing for slopper.

Yeah! Let's eat really good stuff!
