Flint knife

I can't resist any more.

I'd like a flint knife. Nothing large, perhaps 3" or so long. I was hoping there might be a flint knapper on here who might be able to do this for me? -my knapping efforts aren't getting me much past small arrowheads.

I'll gladly do a trade for ironwork or something.

I can make a blade or two if you want to make your own handle. I'd be interested in a strikes lite if you make them.

Well the trade is finally complete. I sent a couple of blades to Andy and a very small bag of Chaga so he could make a cup of tea. I'm absolutely delighted with the striker and its started many a piece of Chaga smouldering for that campfire smell in my kitchen. Thanks Andy for a great tool and for trusting that I would keep up my end of the deal. I really wish I could make those gorgeous flint blades that we see on youtube, mine are useable but primitive.

I wouldn't say that. I'm more than happy with the trade. Just hoping I can do them justice with the handle!
