These are my first attempts using a sewing machine, I had to get the wife to set it up for me. Not a patch on the leather workers quality, but I'm quite pleased with the results.

Using the sewing machine was an eye opener, it's very easy to let it runaway from you. Thanks for looking.

The eyelets you used. Did you use a leather hole punch then use a stamp to put them in? Or can you just bash them in with a hammer?

Thanks for the kind words chaps. It was fun learning how to use the machine, but it is so fast, you really have to watch it. Unfortunately I didn't have any nice leather to use, just some Leatherette salvaged from an old headboard, good enough to practice on.
