First axe restoration

So I found the broken handle and decided to handle the axe , I cut the broken place , carved the head to fit the handle , wedged it and everything was going great until I inserted the metal wedge which it had earlier and no what happened you can see in the picture , I think for a short term it will do the job until I make a proper handle , oh and I just loved the overall look and I knew I would like it when I imagined it handled :)

I've just checked on the net and there seem to be lots of Señorita Makita and Miss Makitas. I'm beginning to think that they are not really members of the Makita family - gosh lots of them don't even look related! Am I missing something - maybe he Makita family just adopted a lot of young ladies which is very kind!

I think you are right. Adopted young ladies from very poor families. As we can see, despite being fairly poor and not be able to afford a lot of clothes, they have received very nutricious food.
