Hi,
I'm a masters student and i have to do a survey on first aid training at the moment and i was wondering if you could take 15 minutes to complete it for me. This is a consultancy project so the results will be presented to a not-for-profit supplier in this industry.

I thought that at first but on closer reading those are optional in that you can choose not to say for any of them and also not give your full name etc.

Did you know that rather than asking for names to eliminate duplications, Survey Monkey can restrict the IP address to only one entry - as long as you're not expecting people to share a computer. e.g in a school or library

I get asked to do lots of these at work so it was good to do one that i was actually interested in.
