It looks like me and a few pals will be doing a few trip next year on the canoes, something between 4-6 of us at a time. The main thing apart form the scenery, taking the **** out of each other, getting away from work, enjoying the company, fresh air, camping out, drinking good beer in great company, fishing, and all the other business that goes with chilling in an armada of very inxperienced paddlers, I will likely have to cook.
So what i was wondering is, whats everyones thoughts, I have never canoed and cooked like this, i was thinking a 12" black iron pan and a 6ltr dutch oven/pot, coffee pot and a grille should cover all bases, however I'm not 100% on this as i have never canoed and cooked.
So the crack is, is this the right cook gear, can anyone recomend some recipes to rattle together?
As always any help is apprecaited
