after the official leather F1 sheath failed......(to big ...slices itself)

yes I know I will buy a groove cutting for the stiching soon and will do it more neatly....

ps maybe I will cut away second stiching, but...it makes the whole stiffer (what the official leather F1 lacked)

I am happy how the hydroforming + 50 degrees oven 1 hour turns out ( check out pic sideways)

That looks very functional. If you wish to make it stiffer submerge it in melted beeswax. When it dries it is very hard and water proof.
