At Owen's recent hammer-in, James quickly knocked this one out. He left it lying around and a few of us saw it and admired it. At some point one evening I negotiated a trade with him.

The forging is very impressive. the only part that a grinder has touched, is the edge.

He's 14 years old.

He wants me to critique his work.

I can only see two flaws and it's pathetic to pick up either of them.

He's well on his way to a practical, productive trade just when he's considering his educational options. Some very fine work.
 
I remember a 14 year old posting on BB recently, was impressed with the quality. What's his user name over there?
