I ordered a 1000/6000 Japanese water stone from Tool Nut. Nothing arrieved for a couple of weeks so I dropped them an email. The manager there said that it had been sent and cofirmed the details so I decided to wait another week. Still nothing so I sent another email. The manager replied that they would send another water stone. Next day it turned up.
