I'd be tempted to keep what you have and look out for cheap gas stove.

Have you seen this hi gear blaze on ebay (finishes at 9pm tonight). Can also be had at go-outdoors for £24 and appears to be identical to the fly-ti sold on bpl for £37.99

Very lightweight but doesn't get a stunning review here

I got the Hi gear blaze. Identical to the crux but Ti not a bad stove at all.

Cheers guys... I thought about just buying a gas stove and storing the alchohol stove, but to be honest I'll probably be using gas for some time.

I'll see what pop's up, but I'm grateful for the advice/link

Rich thats just like the Hi gear one and a copy of the crux. They all work the same just a damn site cheaper.

Cheers pal... Its for summer use only so Ideally, Just a compact cart top stove is fine as I dont plan on having to invert the canister so the hose will just add more weight.
