Hi, has anyone used the Enzo Fisher? I was looking at one handled in Orange G10, it looks like it would be a good knife for larder use. The blanks cost £35 and a finished knife is £75 which includes a sheath that I wouldn't really use, does that sound reasonable? Is there anyone on here that would make me the same thing? Glyn

I don't know how to do links but I first saw the knife on a website called English Handmade Knives.co.uk, anyone have any experience of this company? I have googled Enzo Fisher and it comes up with a few things too. Glyn,

Hi Glyn,
Here's some information from the manufacturer's website (www.brisa.fi):

Blade length: 120 mm
Blade width: 18 mm
Blade thickness: 2.5 mm
Total: 233 mm
Weight: 69 g
Holes 2x4.1 mm, 2x4.65, 1x6.4 mm
Ground: Half Convex
Finish: Satin
Steel: Stainless AUS-8

There you can buy either just the blade:
https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.p...d=product_info&cPath=119_112&products_id=1080

or a knife kit:
https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.php?option=com_oscommerce&osMod=index&cPath=119_103_136

I don't have experience with the Enzo Fisher but can recommend Brisa - they are nice guys who know what they are doing . I'm sure you'd be able to finish the knife from the kit (only handtools required).

Cheers
Jörg
