How do i use them in posts please?.

See at the top of the message box, a landscape image, and on the right 3 dots?

Tap the dots to open a sub menu. Tap the smiley to open lists of emoticons.

You do have to have the far right three dots and [ ] BB Code toggled, otherwise all the formatting options will be grey.

Also, the BCUK emojis are way down under the generic ones, so you have to scroll down a fair way.

If you just want a quick smiley or sad face type the following and it converts to a face:
