Good pics and a good reminder of what was there - thanks for that.

One tip I hadn't seen before - the guy doing the walking stick lessons for kids had given them potato peelers to remove the bark from the (?) hazel sticks - safe and easy to use - even if the peelers weren't much good for peeling potatoes afterwards!

Steve, i must have just missed you!! im guessing you was there in the AM part of the day.. I kinda figured it out by how detailed the owl was that the guy with the chain saw did, compared to when i sore it.. which reminds me, couldnt that be a new extream hobby for you! I no you like your chain saws and wood spirits, they go hand in hand!! ;)

I thought it was great to see so many people interested in everything and i also got chance to talk to a lot of nice folk on the workshops!! I enjoyed it that much that i went both Saturday and Sunday!! :D

Thanks for the pictures Steve, I only managed to escape to look at a few other demonstrators as my stall was so busy. Only made half a Kuksa over the two days.
The best festival Ive worked at in the past 5 years of doing them as the site was perfect and demonstrators so keen to pass on their craft.

Met some great folks and thanks to steve, elines, stu, matt and all who came along for a chat. I'll try and make it to a meet up soon.
